It's slightly complicated to tell you who I am in few words. Much easier to describe my work.

It's been a couple of decades that my hands have been playing with clay. I come from another discipline, I love different materials and their mixture.

I am in love with experimentation: of clay, of glazes and cooking methods. But also of metals, wood and textiles.
I am amazed by the magic creative energy of the lathe and the simplicity of the manual modelling, relying on the gesture and on the intuition.
I try to create beautiful surfaces to the sight but also to the touch, I chase colours looking for them within myself, where they are hiding, merged with tradition and contemporary inspirations.

What I love about this job is the hard work and the patience, the humility that the materials teach me, from the most mouldable to the most delicate like the porcelain.
I am a creative and I find passion behind the ideas, searching for their feasibility and surrendering when I fail.
This unpredictability, even when I think I have calculated and understood everything, keeps surprising me like a little, simple, metaphor of life.
